Annika is a talented, multilingual vocalist and song writer. She brings a special blend of Scandinavian charm and Latin flavour to her performances and has made a name for herself on the South West scene as a vibrant and soulful singer, with a playful stage presence.

For Liquid Spirit she has put together an eclectic and truly modern set, drawing on pop, jazz, soul and the latest neo-soul influences.

Our House Band

The Tom Ball Trio

The house trio consists of Tom Ball on piano and the powerhouse rhythm section of Kevin Sanders on bass and Nick Carter on drums.

Martin has played at venues all over the UK, including Ronnie Scotts Club, The 606, The Bull's Head in Barnes, Pizza Express Dean Street, The 100 Club and the Concord Club. Martin has also toured internationally and for a time worked on the Q.E.2 as lead alto player, backing such artists as Neil Sedaka, Petula Clark, and Tom Jones.

Martin’s Plymouth based band is in high demand and has worked with Jim Mullen, Roy Williams, Derek Nash, Dick Pearce, Bruce Adams, Digby Fairweather and the highly acclaimed Peter King to name a few. Martin has also worked with the 2008 X Factor winner, Alexandra Burke.

Martin has recorded for the BBC on radio and television sound tracks. To date he has released 8 albums, which have been played on Radio 2, Radio 3 and Jazz FM.
